Duncan Village

I was honestly surprised on how nice these apartments really are. My brother, the site manager, has worked tirelessly with the company to ensure that every single apartment not only passes inspection, but exceeds expectations. It’s obvious that he’s put in the work, starting out as maintenance, then working his way up to his current position as site manager (while simultaneously managing both positions by himself for almost a year). Not to mention that he knows every single resident by name and even personally invested and maintains an alternative phone line specifically for residential calls when he’s away from his desk.

I went to go and check out the property. It’s very well maintained and much nicer than I expected. I also had a chance to meet the property manager and he was extremely nice and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
