Berry Shoals Apartments

I have lived at Berry Shoals for over 5 years and have enjoyed my time here. The office team (Michelle & Nellie) are friendly and accommodating to meet the needs of residents. They have a very positive, can do mindset to help residents. They plan seasonal events for the residents and kids. The maintenance team (Carlos & Thomas) do a phenomenal job at responding quickly to any issue you may have. I highly recommend this property for your rental needs.

Only talk about NOISES!!! Come Saturday morning, around 5 o’clock and then again about 7, the folks upstairs set off such a racket. Heavy cracking in the ceiling just from one person getting up, and that’s not even mentioning the pounding. It sounded like stomping and popping the boards so badly you couldn’t hope for a decent night’s sleep or a quiet morning. What makes it worse, much of that noise comes from people who aren’t even on the lease around 6 months! And this isn’t a one time thing, this is only one type of noise I hear almost every day. Now imagine months of this carrying on, with even louder HAMMERING noises life THREATENING, ABUSES and CURSES I haven’t even shown proof of yet. My neighbor friends can hear it too! The last month leasing office DOES NOT, and apparently CANNOT,

I want to say thank you, for giving my mother, a nice place to live. It is a clean place, down to the manicured trees and she feels safe there. I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew, for fixing anything that went wrong in the apartment in a timely matter. If I ever need an apartment in the future, I will be coming to Berry Shoals.

The Berry Shouls in Duncan is great. Nellie is wonderful. She really has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She took her time showing us the apartments we were interested in and explained everything in detail. She was so patient and helpful when filling out our application. She is one in a million, and Berry Shoals is so lucky to have her.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. Haven't had a problem yet. When I've called the office about little various things, it's handledwithin a few hours. The women in the office are awesome. Don't have any complaints.
