Honest review from a soon-to-be- tenant The staff is a true 10/10. Everyone has been incredibly kind, and Candi was amazing throughout the entire process. She guided me clearly, answered every question, and was completely honest about everything. They are definitely busy, but most of the time I was able to reach someone when I called. I decided to lease here because the apartment itself is beautiful and genuinely well‑priced for the amount of space. If you’re considering this community, submit your application right away—they can’t hold units. It took me a couple of tries to secure the one I wanted because every time I toured a unit and took a moment to think, it was already gone. I’m extremely happy with the one I ended up with. I’ve been living here for 3 years. I’ve personally never had any issues. Before the current management team was not very welcoming. The current team has been great. I normally work with Sean who is always great and helpful when I call or come to the office. Ms.K, Leslie and Candi are also great and it’s always a smile whenever I’ve come in. Everyone’s experience is different for different reasons but I can honestly say this has been the best team since I’ve lived here thus far. Oh and s/o to our maintenance team they’ve been very helpful and timely as well.

Based on my move in experience I wouldn’t give 3 stars I had a very tough move in experience I still don’t have my valet trash can, no one told me my mailbox number then when I called and asked I went to check the mail and the key doesn’t work. Someone in the leasing office is extremely rude and refuses to help and give information if she’s not your specific leasing agent as if she doesn’t also work for the rental office. I also received a very nasty voicemail from that same person that I plan on reporting to corporate. Most of these issues can be fixed so Its fine but thats how my move in experience went. I’ve only been here for 4 days. The unit is great most of the building smells like smoke but I tolerate it. I just light candles often.

I lived here for a year, and would say it’s one of nicest places around, maintenance is on point and will handle your work order as soon as humanly possible, never had a problem last longer then 3 days, commodities are 50/50 the pool is nice, there gym is 24/7 hours but some of there equipment needs to be replaced. I always never had a problem parking in or outside, unfortunately gate was down 70 percent of the time so really anyone can come in Any event at the stadium please plan accordingly especially with football season in play, makes it impossible to get out of the main road or just wait 30 mins till after event is scheduled to leave nonetheless had a lovely stay here and glad the team was very vocal and thorough
