Summerchase Apartments

These apartments are terrible , they have mold no management and no maintenance no security cameras and no amenities , the rent is way too much for the condition , with that being said if you're only looking for a temporary place to live then summerchase is it , I definitely recommend you get renters insurance because in the lease it states they are not responsible for anything . I will be contacting the head office

These used to be really nice apartments, but I don't know what happened. Like previous reviews stated, there's mold, they don't fix anything, & are too cheap to replace what they don't want to fix. They can't keep a property mgr OR maintenance staff! It just went downhill once greystone properties bought it.

The yard is constantly full of trash, you have to repair your own maintenance issues the dumpster area always looks like an actual dump although that's more about tenants but still they're supposed to keep it clean regardless. No security cameras on the property what so ever my car has been vandalized twice.. . I had to put cameras up around my own apartment after repeated break in attempts . Think twice

I agree with Miss Harris mold in the apartments but want to call it mildew not any better. I only gave it 1 * because the area is nice it is just apartment management and director. Slum lalandlords. They can see that the apartments will need work and do nothing. They have been through several managers and maintenance personnel. They only made renovations to some apartments but not all. No real amenities for the price they charge and still go up on rent. This place will be a wonderful place to live if the company was bought out by a better company.

The property manager was great and helpful. Very Professional, the apartment over all was nice and clean on the inside nothing major the neighbor hood isn't bad.
