My family and I had a great experience with the team at Summer Ridge Apartments. From the very beginning, the staff made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Ms. Brenda, the property manager & also an angel, was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire application and move-in process. She stayed on top of everything and kept things moving, even while handling a very busy office. I also want to give a special thank you to Julio and America for being kind, patient, and welcoming whenever we had questions or needed assistance. I would like to glorify Summer Ridge Apartments. Since Mrs.Brenda has taken over the Property Management I am impressed. I would like to speak about the Snow/Ice storm we had. The whole maintenance team did a phenomenal job making sure we as her tenants were safe . They were out making sure the front and back entrance and the sidewalks to our units were clear pathways to getting in and out of the building, to our cars and to the mailboxes.. Also the handicap spaces were clear and available for use. She also had the Bobcat out to opening up the street more so we could maneuver In and out of the parking lot, pushing snow back etc. Thank You for choosing someone (Mrs.Brenda) who cares about the tenants and safety of Summer Ridge Apartments. I really appreciate the improvements being made at Summer Ridge beginning with the property manager, Brenda M. She is really putting in the effort to not only make the property better, but to help the residents. Ms. Brenda helped my family during a hard time to ensure we were able to get all our paperwork done correctly and timely. She is competent and caring and I really appreciate that.

When I first met Mrs Brenda I felt so Relieved I had someone too listen too me and felt....where I was coming from I did come off a little mean towards her and she always told me just give me a chance Ms Young I will work you butt you got too work with me and every since then she always asking me how everything going.....and asking me is their anything I need.....dont never judge a book by it's cover.....she's the best thanks again Mrs Brenda for working with me and helping me with alot.....soo if yall looking for a place too call home come over too summer ridge

Ms. Brenda is a great Property Manager and Julio, Billy & America are very great maintenance crew.
