Summer Crest Apartments

If I could give the process of trying to get accepted, a zero, I would. If it wasn't for the NEW property manager, Mrs. Dana, I wouldn't have "my forever" home. I NEVER want to buy, cause expenses, paying out of pocket is so much! As a single mom, I was absolutely losing my mind, trying to find something in my "budget". Even though, I felt like I was going crazy, Mrs. Dana went over and beyond. She stepped in, told me to "trust the process" and that she knew I would be comfortable here. I thank you so so much. I know the property is under repair, I know things could be tidied up a bit... IM HOPING THIS IS MY FOREVER HOME. Mrs. Dana, you are truly a God sent. Ms Dana is the newest property manager and I can say she's the best we've had. She and the maintenance man is getting things fixed. She's understanding and will do everything in her power to help you out. Love her energy

As someone who lived in Summer Crest (SC) for a very long time, I had my share of bad experiences. I have also heard the experiences of others who have come & gone over the years. A lot of which one would need to see to believe. Yes, the lack of maintenance presence is well known but that is far from the worst thing about that place. The Partnership Property Management Company uses lies & manipulation tactics in their communication with tenants. Wording of notices are condescending or less-than-respectful. The facts are often skewed or grossly exaggerated. I.E.: Box of items put outside of front door referred to as “trash left in public breezeway”. When it’s just a box (or boxes) of stuff being donated waiting for pick up. Or items needing to be put in off sight storage & are awaiting a ve

Ms Teresa is an amazing person! I lived at summercrest for a year and few months and it was a pleasure meeting her!!! Super sweet site manager! She does an amazing job!! Sad to leave but I had to for a current reason :( Deneka….
