Parkway at 31 Apartments

We were sold on the luxury living and 1st month off rent. We didnt think we would be writing this review from a hotel to avoid the toxic hidden water damage exposure hidden in our unit. The photos and videos reflect our humiliating experience at Parkway 31. Even though we are inconvenienced and upset about the overall experience, we are willing to update our review. Are you against a generous agreement?

I recently moved into this community about a month ago now and have had such a great experience so far. I worked with Vonda, Leigh, and Megan, and each of them has made the transition so easy. Vonda helped me through the application process and made everything simple and stress-free. She was professional, helpful, and truly a joy to work with. I didn’t work with Leigh as closely, but every interaction I’ve had with her has been very nice and professional. She’s also been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had, which I really appreciate. Megan is so sweet and friendly. She puts on great events for the community and always makes you feel like more than just another tenant. She really cares and keeps everyone in the loop about what’s going on. Overall, I’m very happy here and grateful

I moved into Parkway 31 from Maryland a month ago. I actually toured the property back in February, knowing I was relocating in August. Vonda worked with me for 6 months insuring the floor plan I wanted was available in conjunction with my move date. The minor issues I had with my unit were resolved quickly. Leigh and Vonda treat everyone like they were family, and Richard from maintenance is really nice. I looked at numerous apartment complexes in anticipation of my move and feel in love with Parkway. The apartments are bright and welcoming. Elevator is a major plus. Love it here so far.

Very well kept apartments and nice complex. They do six month rentals which we needed while our new house is being built. Vonda in the front office was a great help with the rental process. Would highly recommend Parkway at 31.

Complex has many problems, been here 6 months and none fixed. Just lost power for 3 hours, temp outside 19 degrees finally on but for how long, not what I pay 1400 per month for. Has a long way to go to be right, should not be all to rent until problems fixed
