River Oaks Villas is a great hidden gem! Beautiful grounds, and villas with an attached garage and screened in patio. Friendly people too. Check it out, it's truly a great place!

My daughter referred me to River Oaks Villas because she has lived there for 6 years and is always raving about it. I’m 97 years old and moved from my home in NC in early August and I absolutely love it here. The villa was in beautiful condition… all freshly painted… new carpet and so clean. Everyone in the office… the manager Holly and Stacy have going out of their way to answer all my questions and assist me with every question and detail. Michael the maintenance Supervisor has has been so helpful and kind with assisting me with little jobs I requested he help me with. It’s been two weeks and it’s the best decision I could have made. The community is beautiful and I feel so safe living here. I’m grateful to everyone here that has helped me get settled.

I had a fantastic experience touring River Oaks Villas! Despite some unpredictable weather, the community was absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The team there clearly takes great pride in keeping the community in top condition. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to see it in person and highly recommend you considering calling this place HOME!

We leased at River Oaks for 3 years and really enjoyed it. The property is well maintained, all the staff is friendly and very helpful, and the neighborhood is quiet. The villas have nice sized rooms, they're well laid out, and having a garage is always nice. Would definitely recommend River Oaks to anyone looking to live in the Little River area.
