Lennar at Palm Lakes Plantation

Moved here a week after Florence. No water, no damage and Preston and Randy were in contact with us during the storm with updates. Great community with friendly neighbors. Close to the beaches and attractions but not in the crowds. Quick access to the Carolina Bypass to Myrtle Beach and points south. Happy we made the choice to settle here. Did a lot of research in the area including Brunswick County in NC.

Lived here almost a year. Beautiful neighborhood, nice neighbors. Gas!!! Pool area is lovely. 7 minutes to Cherry Grove beach and NMB. No flooding issues at all.

We have been living here since June 2021 we absolutely love our home and the pond with the ducks and geese and the neighbors are the best we are able to rest and retire here and enjoy the beach that is only a few miles away the pool is always clean and is always refreshing easy access to all different areas but away from the tourism

Presently building new home in Palm Lakes Plantation in Little River, SC. Preston Kirven, Realstar Rep, could not have possibly have done more to accommodate us during this process. He and construction supervisor, Randy Duncan, have great communication skills and always available to answer any concerns that we may have. Looking forward to become full time residents in that beautiful community. Highly recommended.

Wonderful friendly community. Many models to choose from and a variety of options available. High elevation not subject to water damage. Now we're cook with gas!
