Nice quiet neighborhood. I love all the amenities the pool with gas grilles, the sitting room to watch TV or play games or read books, there is a yoga room in addition to the exercise room. there is a nice community space to sit and have lunch with a view of the pool there's also a pond in the back with chairs to sit and be part of nature. The staff is very accommodating in super awesome. They are very fun people and they stay on top of everything around here they are like a family. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything. There's lots of space in the apartment with lots of closets in big rooms. I love the view from my balcony. Definitely luxury apartments. Definitely two 👍🏾👍🏾

I had a wonderful visit with Karlton! He did a terrific job showing me the B1 and B2 floor plans. Had he not mentioned it, I would have had no idea he was new to the team! His professionalism and knowledge really shined during our conversation. By the way, the units facing the pool have the most breathtaking patio space! Before scheduling my visit I took a peek at the reviews. Take the negativity with a grain of salt because it is very clear some people need a hobby other than berating and spewing negativity at the team who is doing their best. If you don’t want apartment living problems, don’t live in an apartment. This community is beautifully maintained with a team who is welcoming and knowledgeable from the moment you meet them. I can’t wait to join the community myself!

This complex is a great place to live. The staff are always professional, friendly, proactive, hard working and helpful. The environment is positive and peaceful with amenities such as a pool, gym, yoga room, dog park and grooming areas, cyber cafe with game tables. I highly recommend residing here.

Building 105 has a very serious parking problem. Especially in the evenings, it is extremely difficult to find a parking spot nearby, and residents are often forced to park far away and walk long distances. This is a constant inconvenience. Another major issue is dog waste throughout the property. It is frequently left on sidewalks and grassy areas. Despite reminder emails from management, many residents continue to ignore their responsibility and do not clean up after their dogs. You have to watch every step to avoid it. This reflects a lack of respect for shared living spaces and creates an unpleasant living environment. Future residents should be aware of these issues before deciding to move here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Encore Luxury Residences due to misleading advertising, incorrect information provided by staff, and a lack of accountability from management. I initially found Encore online advertising a specific apartment at $1,199/month with a special of 4 months rent-free on a 16-month lease. This information was advertised publicly, including on Zillow, where the apartment number and price were clearly listed. Before touring, I called the leasing office to confirm details. During that recorded call, I was explicitly told that $1,199 was the base rent, and that I would receive the first four months rent-free, with rent returning to $1,199 for the remainder of the lease, excluding utilities.
