Super friendly staff! Dayna, Tim & Chase have been so great to work with. We even have some friends looking at building there because we love the location & home choices so much. Looking forward to being in our new home soon!
We received the key to our new home this week. The total experience with Realstar I have to say has been very positive. We are from out of town and completely relied on Tim and Chase to send us photos of the progress they were making on the house. Every Friday we received updates and photos even when I didn’t ask. They are professional and helpful. We love our new home!
Same concept as all the others... pick the model, upgrades and 5 months later, new home...or buy a spec build. PP is better than some, because of the location and closeness to a great sports park. I gotta give them that, but what is coming all around them on land for sale now? Rather pick an established area with trees.
Beautiful homes. Moved in. Neighbors are great. Community is beautiful. Nice quiet area.
Nicely laid out and convenient to the NMB Sports Complex.
