⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a great experience living in this apartment community! The area feels very safe, and I truly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with that. The community is also wonderfully diverse — it’s one of my favorite things about living here. Everyone is welcoming, respectful, and it feels like a place where people genuinely care about one another. Overall, it’s been a positive, comfortable place to call home, and I’m really grateful for that. Highly recommend!

Great place to live! What I like the most is the peaceful environment. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff are quick to respond to any problems (I'll note that the only problem I have had was the refrigerator, which turned out to be fine because it was in defrost mode). It is definitely worth the price. I give it my recommendation.

After more than six (6) years as a loyal tenant who always paid rent and utilities on time, I was shocked by how I was treated when moving out in Dec 2024. The property manager, Marta LNU, fabricated an extra gas and water bill for charges I had already paid with my final month's rent. Instead of addressing my proof of payment, she sent the false charge to collections - deliberately harming my credit and keeping my deposit. I have been a tenant for over half a decade, but I was treated with zero integrity and respect when I finally leave the unit. If this is how a long-term resident is discarded, imagine how new tenants will be treated. Protect yourself - there are plenty of other properties that value honesty and fairness.

Summer Creek is not just an apartment complex, it's a community.The people that I have encountered here are polite and nice. It really feels like, I am home. I truly couldn't be happier.

I believe the bad reviews. Sounds like a nightmare. I will keep looking. Read your tenants right on the Texas Attorney Generals website and you can always file a complaint. Landlords have responsibilities also per the law.
