Summer Bay Villas - H&H Homes - *BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*

To be clear, I am not a resident and I never have been. I am, however, quite unfortunate to live near this set of townhomes. People here have constant dogs off leash. Will not pick up their dog poop.. People here have their small children running around without supervision. Theres a group of teens that will wander around. Be aware of the noise problems this creates if you choose to rent here. The worst of all, and why I'm writing this review, is that residents here use other communities' amenities and are extremely rude about it in the process. They are bold and have just about no boundaries. I've even seen them have an item that should belong in our community clubhouse. Not having property management on site allows residents to run completely wild without oversight.
