We began our journey with Sturbridge late May, hashed out details through June and July signed the papers. Construction started in expected time frame and by mid August we went from Lot to Pit and it began. I added some photos of our Covington with the latest attached here. Its now Dec, we are still on target and couldn't be happier with the builder, site manager, construction crews, and realtor staff. There were 3 things that sold us over the other builders in the area. 1. Floor plan and location close to base but more towards St Mary's. 2. The ability to tweak (almost customize) a standard floor plan. Both the Realtor and Builder went above and beyond to accommodate. While I hated hearing "options" it is a fact of buying a home. The modifications we had made to our kitchen classified
Nice community; well maintained; quiet neighborhood.
