My husband and I recently purchased a home with Raineri run. Trish and Melinda have been very kind and helpful. I’m so excited for our first home together to be built.
We have purchased a home at Ranieri Run. 4 months till our move and Sturbridge hasn't started on our home. Highly dissatisfied ! Research all builders in the area before choosing. We initially loved the home and the area because of the proximity to NAS Pax River & St. Marys College. Sadly since we've signed the contract poor communication with the sales office. I asked for pricing for a fireplace mantle and 3 weeks later they still haven't told me how much this option is. They repeatedly say they are a "custom builder". I didn't know custom meant they operate at a snails pace.
Comfortable home buying experience in a brand new neighborhood. Great access to NAS Pax River, nearby shopping, quiet area.
Gorgeous model home. Melinda was fantastic showing us around and explaining options.
Very peaceful neighborhood.. My sister and her family lives here...😘
