This review is for the Maintenance Crew Only! I recently had my refrigerator replaced, and the experience was excellent! I submitted a ticket Sunday evening, and by Tuesday morning Josh was delivering a new refrigerator! He even fixed the freezer of the old unit which helped me salvage what I could until the replacement came the next morning. Josh was pleasant, arrived on time, handled the installation quickly, and removed the old unit without any hassle. At first we were worried we were going to have to rearrange my furniture to get the old and new units out and in, but Josh was able to maneuver them in and out without having to detach my sectional. Zero stars! St. Mary's Landing, owned by Morgan Properties, has chosen to allow predatory towing practices. JNJ Towing is contracted with this property. The tow company frequently sits in the lots and waits for unsuspecting visitors/victims to park in areas that do not have visible NO PARKING signs. They will tow a car minutes after their unsuspecting victim walks away from the vehicle. If you dont have $300 cash or Zelle, JNJ charges $50 per day to hold your car hostage. The fact that St. Marys Landing allows this to happen on their property makes them compilict to this victimization. I would tell everyone to never rent from St. Marys Landing or any other apartment complex that allows predatory towing. Not only is it unethical, it's creepy knowing you were being stalked when you pulled in

I was very impressed with how well the development cleared the sidewalks and parking lot during our last storm (or first in multiple years). I shouldn’t be surprised though because maintenance is fantastic! Everyone is always friendly with Erik and his caregivers and most neighbors are friendly and considerate. The staff always makes sure the residents are safe and their apartments needs are taken care of. It is a GREAT place to live.

I’ve been complaining to my rental office about a horrible smell in my apartment for over three weeks. I’ve called multiple times, they sent maintenance ONE time, who stuffed some random foaming material under my bathroom sink—and surprise—it did nothing. I kept following up and was told they were “seeking further assurance,” whatever that means. No updates. No follow-through. I called again yesterday and the property manager basically brushed me off, said she’d “relay the message” to maintenance, and hung up on me mid-call.
