Upon signing my lease, I was under the impression that the issues within my apartment would be resolved. Unfortunately, many of these problems remain unaddressed, and I now find myself committed to another year under the same conditions. Below is a summary of the issues I have experienced during my tenancy: • Plumbing Issues: When I first moved in, there were two water leaks. One originated in the bathroom due to improperly installed sink piping—the pipe was positioned beneath another pipe to appear connected but was not, causing water to leak directly onto the floor. Fortunately, this was identified by a friend before it caused further damage. The dishwasher also leaked, and the resolution was to tip the unit backward, leaving it protruding about 1.5–2 inches from the cabinets. Additional

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. From the very beginning, the staff has been amazing. Jaime, the leasing agent, helped me with any and all questions when I first came to the property—she is truly a peach and made the whole process easy and welcoming. The property manager, Katherine, is outstanding. When I had a minor issue with my apartment, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even followed up afterward. That level of care really shows how much she values her residents. These apartments have been around for a long time, and like anything in life, there will naturally be some wear and tear. Anyone expecting them to look brand new needs to come back to reality. What truly matters is that management stays on top of things

Just moved in and so far, me and my husband love it. The place is great, they have apartments with very good views and a military housing program. Everyone at the leasing center has been very helpful, friendly and kind. The only thing that hasn't been pleasant is that our neighbor smokes tobacco/weed and the smell comes into the laundry room A LOT and sometimes it goes into the living room. Every day we have to put on the air purifier or not open the door because of the strong smell. The same thing on the stairs to the second floor. It's EVERY DAY. Besides the fact that it's a strong smell that I don't like, my husband is active military who gets random drug tests every now and then. And the other thing is, we’ve notice small cockroaches when we started moving our things, but I haven’t see

There is so much potential for these to be nice apartments. The walls are paper thin. It sounds like your neighbors on the other wall are actually in your apartment when they are running around and talking. Also, when the upstairs apartment is walking around, it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. Maintenance would come and fix the same problems over and over. The kitchen and main bathroom sinks would start to leak again every 1-2 months and the floors weren't even, which threw the washer off balance so it would hit the wall during a wash cycle and sounded like bombs were going off. When I was 8 months pregnant the handle broke for the bathroom and I got locked inside, there was legitimately so much paint when the hinges were unscrewed they were stuck to the door frame and we ende

Stayed here for one 12month lease in a 1 bed 1 bath. Moved here from out of state for work. Couldn’t take an in person walk through had to take a leap of faith because it was the cheapest I saw from 5 options. The original offer was $1540 a month. Had it signed 2 months before I moved in to it being changed 3 weeks before I moved in for an amazing deal of $1721 a month. Not. But it’s my fault for accepting such a deal. On my move in day they were last second “fixing” things if that wasn’t foreshadowing idk what else was. White paint over everything. New counter top and new fridge cool. But the worst dry wall job out there. 5 previously existing light fixtures covered and two light switches for the living room and bed room mean to active only a wall outlet for the “in vogue” lamps only styl
