Black MOLLLLD ALERT & Cockroach Allerrtt!!! My friend who is 8 months pregnant refuses to speak up but her apartment is covered in MOLD!!!! Her sealing fell off after her whole apartment was leaking of water from the rain! Her baby is coming out any time soon. she’s been in and out of the hospital & now the baby will be exposed! Almost all the apartments have roaches! As well as mold. They rented her the apartment with mold because she has not been there for long! These people are disgusting!!! They need to be held accountable!!! This is NOT OKAY!!!

BLACK MOLD ALERT!!! Almost every apartment in the complex is full of MOLD! All they do is paint over the mold when the tenets complain. They never take down the walls that are covered in mold! People are very sick do to the mold. Great price but you will endup sick here! Please do NOT MOVE IN!

I will be making 1 year in February. I have nothing bad to say about studio village. The leasing consultant ( Chelsea ) was very helpful and made the paperwork move in really easy. The cleaning lady is there almost every day except for Sunday's. And she does a great job maintenance. As of now I have not had any trouble with leeks or any other problems. I try to keep my place very clean & throw out the trash every day. I rarely see a roach or 2 every couple of months but with tramps it goes away. The rent is Fair depending how big you want the studio to be and what I love is it's all bills included electricity,water, and gas... My 4 year daughter loves the pool. I live right next to Studio Village and I'm leaving this review because there is a dog in their building that barks all day every day that it's owner leaves it alone with the windows open. I have contacted management multiple times and they don't care what so ever. I can't have my windows open without being bothered by this and will take legal action if nothing is handled.

I had high hopes when I moved into this apartment building, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The management's lack of response to complaints is unacceptable, leaving us feeling ignored and disregarded as tenants. The constant noise from inconsiderate neighbors has made peaceful living impossible, making it hard to relax and feel at home. Moreover, witnessing dog owners washing their pets' belongings in the communal washers is unsanitary and inconsiderate to other residents. And to top it off, the parking situation is an ongoing headache, with limited spaces and seemingly no effort to address the issue. I can't recommend this apartment building to anyone seeking a peaceful and pleasant living environment.
