Studio Pointe

Helping my cousin find a place in North Hollywood, and came across Studio Pointe. Really nice place to come home to! John and Melissa and the rest of the crew are indeed doing a great job keeping the community well maintained. They made us feel right at home instantly. Looking forward to visiting my cousin once she's moved in.

John the manager is honestly the most helpful and genuine guy when it comes to problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with every request I have put in on a speedy timely manner. Also outside of requests he is always saying hi and making you feel very welcomed in this community. If I could give John more than 5 stars I would. A++

If you can avoid the hassle and headache please do so let this be a warning to who ever is reading this review and is thinking of checking it out don't. If I can leave a 0 star review I would but it does not let me so please take this review as (0 stars ) do not move here! I am a resident here at studio Pointe apartments for the last 27 years. It has not changed for the better it has actually changed for the worse grab your self some popcorn it is going to be a long one my dear friend. Nothing ever gets fixed when you report it they act like it comes out of their paycheck you have to go more than once no my mistake 10+times for someone to come to your apartment to get the issue fixed. Here is a perfect example we reported mold that was building up in one of our rooms 8 months ago (2023 )

The manager doesn’t do anything. Everyone that was actually good at their job here left a month after they started. So 1. They pick and choose who gets to park their car in the parking lot. 2. Staff is rude mainly the manager… 3. There is trash everywhere because there’s not a trash can on this property besides a dumpster not by the mailbox or pool. So trash goes on the ground kids run and play outside which is amazing but there is no supervised and they hit your windows. 4. Not a bench or a place to sit so people sit on the stairs and block them! The. They leave the garbage there for someone to pickup. Overall if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll add one more thing your power bill is will be crazy high they put the A/C by the floor in a corner heat rises so your feet are cool! But your p

If you are planning to rent here don’t we’ve been living here for 20 plus years you basically have to beg to get something fixed they do not care about you all they care about is collecting their rent our apt has mold for more then 8 months management was aware and did nothing we’ve been sleeping and breathing with mold and mushrooms for the past 8months plus on our ceiling and wall in our bedroom There is always homeless here coming in and sleeping here on the floor The manager picks and chooses who gets a parking spot and is not fair does things to her convenience only she is allowed to have 3 +plus parking spots . This apartment is a lie they like to tell you the good things they want you hear but there is no help here they lie to you we’ve been having our parking spot for more then 20
