The team here is amazing. There was a bit of miscommunication which created so much stress and anxiety moving in, yet they handled it swiftly. Not only were they super professional and empathetic, but they went out of their way to fix any issues. Oakwood is such a beautiful complex, our apartment is amazing. Its clean, spacious, and nothing wrong with it. Angelina is a miracle worker. Thank you so much for everything.

Do not live here, honestly the high ratings seem fake. My roommate and I lived in a two bedroom this year in Clubhouse and paid an extra rate a month for a renovated unit. The day we toured it officially, there were ants everywhere. I pointed it out to the worker, and he started stepping on them, and smooshing them into the rug. So that was now our problem to clean up since we started leasing the apartment, nevermind disgusting. We then had an ant problem for the duration of the year along with other bugs. Disgusting is not a strong enough word to describe the entryway. It has definitely not been updated in decades, smelled HORRIBLE was covered in webs, bugs, leaves, dirt, and debris. Connor and Gabe were fantastic to work with while finding off campus housing at UConn. Both were extremely professional, courteous and patient. Gabe met us on location at a few different apartments and was on-time and very thorough with his walk throughs. He spent a lot of time with us and was super nice. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different apartments that the company leases and had immediate access through his phone on what was currently available which was very helpful. Connor was terrific with the contract and described details of the process like a pro. I spoke with Connor several times on the phone and he was super. My roommates and I initially struggled to find a place as we began our process of searching for an apartment later in the year. However, our leasing consultant Connor helped us in the process and kept us updated as we found places. He was consistently reaching out and trying to suggest apartments based on what we needed. We were very grateful for the services provided and are excited to move in!

Great staff completely appreciate Angelina and her follow up! Maplewood has been a great apartment for our UCONN student quick to fix any issues.
