Millbrook Apartments

This is a bad apartment to living in: 1. The heat is in electricity and not includes in rent. You will have several hundreds of extra money paid into it during winter every month. 2. The 1st floor is extremely humid during summer seasons with up to 90% and everything is growing mold on it if you don’t have a dehumidifier. 3. The family on 2nd floor are creating intolerant noise with their kids all day long and manager can do nothing to it. They will intimidate you if you warn them about it. 4. There would always be minor issues happening in the building such as leaking ceiling. I don’t see any reason to move in or continue the lease.
