Northwood Apartment

Visited a friend here, it is quite and clean and they have good amenities, definitely need more parking though

Worst apartment I have ever been in, regarding soundproofing. You can have a conversation with the person above you (and hear them go to the bathroom). Thus, unless you know the people above you, it's really annoying. The people above me and my previous roommate "flipped" their schedule so they stayed up all night. The rooms are echoey unless you put in a lot of furniture, etc. Additionally, there's no air conditioning and they use cheap memory foam beds. At my old university, they used spring mattresses (which are much better). The windows are nice because it saves the university heating costs in the winter. If you're a grad student, look somewhere else like Wyndham Park. UConn needs to make it so grad students have their own separate block away from undergrads. We had undergrads above us

Decent doubles apartments. Out on the fringe of campus.
