My partner and I love living here. It’s very quiet, safe, and family-friendly, and the landlord and staff are really nice. They’ve also been very respectful and patient with my disability.

Went in for apt woman was very nice to me and my daughter I explained a situation well in advance that was in process and she was very understandable till she got the deposit when I contacted her a few weeks later she informed me I was denied on false allegations when I tried to explain to her that I had proof from the courts and from a human rights investigator that I do not owe money to a housing authority she rudely hung up in my face she knew that this was gonna show up ahead of time looking life this because themes been an investigation against this housing authority for almost two years but she also knew I had all documents and paperwork of proof that it wasn't true before she took the deposit..

Do you recertify every month or every year? Do you calculate income monthly or annually?

I been calling everyday leaving messages about the waiting list and my phone calls aren't being returned
