Stoneleigh on Kenswick Apartments

I love the property, the scenery is beautiful and it’s always clean. The staff are so friendly especially Diana and I can’t think of the maintenance man name but he is awesome as well.

All the workers here are very much understanding and wonderful people that I have ever met for my first apartment. Diane is incredible and always happy. I’ve been here living for three years now.

I originally planned to wait the full 30 days before leaving a review, but after two weeks I feel this is enough time to share my experience. If you’re looking for a place to move into quickly with minimal hassle, this community may work for you. I toured on a Saturday with Dianna, who was very welcoming and did exactly what a leasing agent should do to make you feel comfortable and confident. She was great, and the move-in special offered at the time was very appealing. However, after signing my lease, there were issues applying the advertised special. I was told it was an IT issue and that it would be corrected. Now, as we approach January, I’m being told the special may not be honored as originally presented and could be split across January and February. At this point, the lease is a

I felt very welcomed here when I came to tour! The grounds are well maintained and the staff super friendly and made me feel at home and I haven’t even signed a lease yet! Would definitely recommend for anyone to come take a look!
