I hate these apartment’s maintenance is horrible and rent office manager Misty has a smart mouth they obviously hire anyone because she claims to only been here a month and has the worst attitude . My apartment has water leaks from ceiling and down stairs closet and room light hasn’t worked in 3 months I refuse to pay another month until it’s fixed and she told me oh well get evicted she’s not maintenance! I went 12 months never been late and because I refuse to pay and renew my lease you want to be ignorant. Instead of fixing it and getting your money ! This is crazy the ceiling has creatures calling all the time I think they been eating at my wires ! At this point where is state? They need to be under investigation

If I could let the world know DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. I was living there 5 years I was in the 2 bedroom at first had to be moved out cause my apartment was covered in mold and mildew. I was flooded with dookie water and tissue in my yard for a month. They moved me to a 3 for my house to flood with dookie water within 3 days. I couldn’t wash clothes my house would flood. To wash clothes the maintenance man had to switch my breaker back and for from the ac unit. No I could not use my ac if I wanted to wash clothes. Emergencies happen they after hour line has been disconnected. Trash is only picked up once a month. This is by far the WORSE apartment and management team I have ever dealt with. So again PLEASE DO NOT RENT.

So I came here to apply for an apartment I spoke with Misty and she was so nice love her energy. She gave me an application I filled it out brought it back the next day. Gave my application to Latoya she was awesome as well very helpful. Process took 2 days. Latoya made sure she called me back anytime I called if they were busy she’ll let me know she would get back to me and most definitely did.
