Just purchased in this neighborhood. Our construction manager was great! Addressed the few issues that we had in a timely manner. I loved the home design options. Overall very happy with my experience Pulte.

Beautiful homes and probably would consider purchasing a new home in that area as I have lived in this area all my life but was made to feel as if we didn't have enough money to purchase from the agent there onsite. As my husband and I walked in inquiring about a property that I had found on the website starting in the low $300,000, we were told that price would not get us into one of those properties but went on to try and make us feel like we weren't serious about purchasing a home at their location ..First impressionss are important especially when this will be our forever home. We left w/the pocket of information and called our realtor to locate other properties to view to purchase soon. Again beautiful spacious homes .

I recently closed my home. My Construction manager is very informative and professional. He helped and answered all our questions polietly. I strongly believe he has taken very good care of my home during the Construction. Thanks Rodney Daniels for all help and support.

We just closed this week . Matt , our site mgr was amazing. He was always thorough in his communication and helpful with any questions we had. All the walkthrough was easy to understand and he was very receptive to our feedback. Quality has been great and any issues are quickly addressed.

I drive a dump truck and I hauled some stuff off from here.but the best I can tell they are some really Really Nice looking homes if you need a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house.
