StoneBridge at Bear Creek Apartments

Recently moved out after two years. It was a joy living here and only moved to be closer to family. Yesmin in the front office was always sweet and ready to help as well as The property manager Laurie. Maintenance always came quick and fixed our issues. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

This place has been my home for almost 5 years. The office staff are wonderful especially the apartment manager. She has tremendous ideas and takes a special interest in everyone. The maintenance staff are great and quickly fix anything going on. I could not recommend anyplace better than here.

We have lived in this apartment for 1 year. We had very bad experience when we moved out. We had been charged $1000 when we moved out after we have paid for deep house cleaning $200 for it separately .So we were told that $375 is for the primer on the wall as the apartment smells food. And all different charges which was not fair at all. We are not supposed to pay for primer or all those other charges. We felt this was the way to make money from someone when you move out. Just very disappointed with all this move out charges and posted here so that people could know this.

My fiancé and I absolutely love it here! These apartments are very cozy and comfortable. What I love most is the staff, they are so caring, kind and also plan fun activities for residents. Maintenance is always on it getting stuff done right away. Property is always well cared for as well. My fiancé proposed to me here in front of our friends and family and we have gotten multiple compliments about our cute little apartment. We have been residents here for some months and are definitely going to continue to be living here for a while.

I have been a resident of Stonebridge at Bear Creek for over 12 years & l love it here! What makes it so special is the caring & devoted management & staff. Although management changed last year, the caring and devotion did not. Laurie, the Property Manager & her wonderful Staff are fantastic! I never have to worry about my well being. I feel safe here. We are kept abreast of any issues, the grounds are kept trimmed & beautiful. Trash pickup is regular & maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely basis. My neighbors are kind & thoughtful! I can't see myself living anywhere else. What a blessing!
