If you enjoy living with mold, go ahead move in. We confirmed Black Mold growing in our bathroom with an inspector from grove city code of construction. When maintenance came to look, they tried to blow it off as mildew. When we first moved in we noticed our windows leaked excessively, enough tha puddles of water were forming and dripping. Maintenance tried telling us that windows were supposed to do that from moisture build up. We also had to have grove city construction code enforce them to have them replaced after 6 weeks.

I would not recommend living here. We have dealt with ongoing maintenance issues that were either ignored or significantly delayed. Our toilet has been leaking and causing visible wood rot, and it has still not been properly fixed. Our windows were leaking so badly that puddles were forming inside the apartment. It took bringing in outside inspectors before management finally addressed it. Most concerning of all, there is black mold in the unit. My baby and I have both been getting sick, and once again, maintenance did not take the issue seriously until an inspector became involved. No family should have to fight to have a potential health hazard acknowledged. Because of the mold, we are temporarily forced to move in with my parents for the safety of our child. This place is not kept up well at all. They do not shovel the snow. The outside of the buildings are poorly kept. Looks like the apartments are 100 years old. The inside of the apartment smell like mold. Management is terrible and they do not fix anything but the want your money.

I am a current resident. Last month I complained of roaches in my apartment. Maintenance never came to address the issue. I have tried to spray for them myself. It’s now almost a month later and no one has come to deal with the issue. The handful of residence people I have spoken to all tell me to expect nothing to be done by maintenance here. I filed a complaint to Grove City tonight. Maybe something will be done. I am considering more action at this point. I highly recommend not living here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Within 8 months my dryer and heater went out along with the complex shutting off everyone’s water in my unit for a day without telling any of us. I left my apartment perfect and was given the run around with getting my security deposit back. I didn’t receive it until 3 months after I turned my keys in and it was only because I went in person to this complex and the sister complex multiple times a week. The leasing office manager is NEVER there and the complex is alway closed along with nobody ever answering the phone. You can’t get any help and there is absolutely no communication what so ever. I also had a neighbor who tried to turn in her keys on a Saturday but the leasing manager went home early as per usual and was closed the following Sunday and Monday
