I had a good experience and very helpful people, they forgot to give my wife a paper to sign so we have to go back one more time other than that everything was alright.

Dealing with Tammy Darst has been a nightmare. I would avoid this place. She mailed my signed title, blamed fed ex for destroying it but won't provide proof of a receipt, destroyed envelope, or a tracking number, and is telling me I have to pay to get a duplicate title and pay to mail the duplicate to the lender. Why did I pay her fees? Seems to be a claim needs to be filed instead of me paying all the fees for someone else's mistake.

Made it a smooth transition from the beginning to end. Very much an agency I would go to again if need .
