The Residences at Browns Farm Apartment Homes

This review is long overdue! I have been here for almost 4 years now! From day one, living here has been amazing! Robin is a wonderful property manager and very prompt and attentive to any issues/needs that may arise. Robin and Claire always greet you with a smile and make everyone feel welcomed! Also a HUGE shout out to the maintenance staff! They are always so kind and everything is always resolved quickly and efficiently! Definitely a great community to call my home ❤️ Kayla

After over 30 years in our house we decided to sell and move to Browns Farm. It was such a great decision. Everything was smooth moving in. The apartment was pristine at move in. The complex is really quiet. I created a service request at 10:00 one night and by 10:00 the next morning the item was fixed. We were able to rent the clubhouse for a friends and family event and it was a perfect place. The grill by the clubhouse is also really nice to use. It is so nice we don’t have to do yard work or clean snow. Would definitely recommend as a great place to live.

I moved into my apartment at Browns Farm 7 months ago and have had a wonderful experience living here. The complex is well-maintained with beautiful walking trails. The staff and maintenance people are exceptional! I'm currently having health issues and they have went out of their way to accommodate me and have been an amazing resource for various services I've needed. I highly recommend renting here. I guaranty you will not be disappointed!

We lived here for 18 months. We LOVED it here. Such a quiet and peaceful area. Neighbors are so nice and Robin and Claire are so sweet and make you feel at home! Cory and Carl are always so quick when it comes to maintenance. We are SO sad to be leaving—we know this will always be home for us!
