Grove City Summit Apartments & Townhomes

My husband and I have lived here for a year now and by far the best place we have ever lived. Very peaceful and an amazing community. Kevin, the property manager is hands down the best, most supportive and understanding. He definitely makes it home here. Everytime we’ve had maintenance problems, Q is the first one here immediately. He is amazing! Never complains about anything, always making sure things are taken care of and very kind.

I really love living here. I love dealing with Briannaca Self , at the office she tries to accommodate me as much as possible. She’s very understanding and has a good heart. I love being able to walk into the office and deal with her because I know she’ll listen and has compassion to anybody’s situation. She’s the best !!!

Living in this community has been an amazing experience, especially under Amber’s management. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly make a difference. She is always attentive to residents’ needs and resolves any requests quickly and efficiently. The common areas are kept spotless and the environment feels safe and welcoming. Amber’s dedication clearly shows in the excellent quality of life we enjoy here. Highly recommended!

I just toured Grove City Summit and honestly, I’m super impressed. The apartments are really nice and modern, and the whole place feels clean and well taken care of. The pool and gym are awesome, and I love that they even have a dog park since I’ll be moving with my pup. I’ve got to give a shoutout to Amber in the office — she was so friendly and helpful during my visit. She answered all my questions, made the tour fun, and really took the time to show me everything without rushing. Honestly, she’s a big part of why this place is at the top of my list now.

I Love this community, I was searching for a place to call home, and let me tell you, the staff here are amazing They took there time to show me around, and made sure my every need was met. I wanted to make sure I had access to a fitness center and Pool where ever I moved to and was blown away by all the amenities on site. I can say now I have found my "Happy Place" , a decision made easy by working with people who genuinely care about the community. The process was made so easy. If you looking for a place to call home, don't hesitate. Highly recommended.
