Brookfield Village

I’ve lived in Brookfield Village Apartments for 3.5yrs now, and it has been the most quiet & peaceful neighborhood I’ve ever lived in. I live in the very front part of the apartment complex, and I have never had any problems here. The office staff are amazing, kind, professional, & prompt. Would recommend this place to my friends & family.

DONT MOVE HERE !!! I moved here back in 2023. I stayed in the back of the complex in one of there older units , before the new ones got built. When I moved in Nobody informed me about anything in my unit being broken . The pictures below of the windows was back in my old unit . Everytime it rained , my window in my front living room would always leak , leaving my walls window seal , an carpet completely soaked . I’ve put many work orders , a called plenty of times about the issue. For it to never get fixed , once it did get fixed on thing they came in did was seal my window at the top with Acrylic Latex Caulk . Which don’t fix the issue, my carpet always got soaked where I had to use my personal towels to try to stop my carpet from getting soaked as that could lead into mold , an I have a

Over the two years of being here, the parking has gotten ridiculously bad and it's being ignored which is sad. People are forced to park wherever they can fit their car which includes the grass, no parking zones, handicap spots, and even in the road which is completely crazy because they can't do anything about it and risk being towed which is unfair to them. I was lucky enough to get a garage after being on a wait list for 3 months so I can park my car in the garage because there's not a single spot when I get off work late. I was at Brookfield Village on Thursday. such and amazing property. The amenities are great, very well kept. Kenda was absolutely amazing ! I felt like i have known her for years, she made me feel so welcomed. Although there was no units to show she did give me a virtual tour which still amazing !

I've really enjoyed living in this community! The grounds are always clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. One thing I really appreciate is the night security—it gives me peace of mind since I work third shift and often come and go during late hours. Maintenance is always responsive, and the office staff is professional and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and major highways. I truly feel safe and at home here!
