We had an excellent experience working with Travis during our move-in process. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Travis took the time to walk my husband and me through every step, answered all of our questions clearly, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organized. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and supported right away. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a positive leasing experience.

Personally I like this place. Mr. Travis, Ms. Tracy, and Ms. Trisha was awesome throughout my moving process. I love my unit and it’s pretty quiet. It’s a clean property trash pickup multiple times weekly so it’s never over flowing.The landscaping is kept up. Maintenance is pretty quick in responding to any issues. The only downside is my hot water is not hot it’s more like luke warm 😩

Maintenance doesn’t fix things in a timely manner, if at all. They blame the slow response on the pandemic but I’ve lived here for 18 months and they were slow before COVID hit. The only reason I renewed my lease was hopes that things would eventually get fixed, and I was afraid to move during a pandemic. Now that things have calmed down I’m taking my family somewhere new. Pros: neighbors are great; the rent is affordable; and the units are big. Cons: GIANT ROACHES COME IN FROM OUTSIDE; the mailboxes are constantly being broken into; the gates keep breaking and you have to wait for someone to exit before you can enter; dog poop everywhere and parking lots filled with trash; no guest parking; maintenance fixes nothing and management gives empty apologies. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE!! This apartment complex has gone down hill since the new manager (Ashley) has taken over it’s been a couple months and already multiple cars have been stolen from the back , cat poop everywhere, the mailbox are always broken into, the gate is ALWAYS open, homeless people walk around all day, maintenance is a JOKE, good luck getting anything fixed , their is NO 24hour maintenance NO Night Patrol This is all false advertising, and if you ask to speak to anyone Ashley is rude and disrespectful she always has an attitude and NEVER gives a care about nothing more then quickly trying to get you to sign that lease, I’ve been here a LONG Time and NEVER had this issues but these last few months with her has been horrible she HAS TO GO!!

My husband and I moved to Stella at Towngate in June 2024 and we’ve had a wonderful experience so far! If you’re anything like me, before moving to a new place you do your research & look at reviews. When I read the reviews for this property prior to touring, I was iffy but my husband has worked in property management (for a different company) in the past and he told me that satisfied tenants rarely leave reviews… BUT any upset tenants will most definitely write a review.
