I've lived her for almost a full school year and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful with any lease or maintenance related problems. The clubhouse is well kept and has a reliable printer which is nice as a college student. The units themselves are large, with ample living room space. Every bedroom within the unit has their own personal restroom which is also pleasant. All in all, a great place to live if you're attending Purdue

I lived here a couple of years ago after my friend recommended it. We were in a four bedroom. The rooms were recently refinished and had new furniture. The units were spacious and the layout was very functional. There were fun events for the residents to connect with the community, since it was a little off campus. The buses were a life saver since I didn’t have a car. The maintenance was helpful and so was the front desk. I remember one of the workers Jeannette was so patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions.

I lived here for 2 years in undergrad and loved it! There were always fun campus events and chances to connect with your neighbors. I loved the study rooms and the ability to access the fitness center 24/7. Jeanette worked at the front desk and was always smiling when I came in, so thankful for that!

This place is a great option to live at! I love it here- from the pool & amenities to the bedroom/apartment size and so on. My neighbors have been chill so far and the staff is great and communicative, especially the front desk staff Sarah who has helped me with a lot and frequently there. Great person for any questions or issues I’ve had. Highly recommend if you’re living off campus commuting to Purdue, and a great place to live year round!

I loved living here! The amenities are amazing and I never had a single problem in my time here! Keegan Russell is an excellent communicator and was able to make my experience that much more comfortable. Ive recommended to many of my friends moving to the area this complex!
