Have lived here since May 2025 and it has been the worst rental experience ever. Maintenance or Management do NOT take your requests or concerns seriously. And we pay monthly pests, valet trash, and maintenance, just to be IGNORED. I am pregnant with a 3 year old running around and our unit is INFESTED with roaches!!! It has become uninhabitable for the last 4 months. Requests after request, visits to the leasing office with no resolutions. Maintenance requests marked at “resolved” at 2-3am in the residents portal when we’re sleeping. Valet service leaving messes on the outside walkway because they can’t do a simple job. Update: I'm currently disputing a debt that was sent to collections by this company. They had all my contact information, including my new address after leaving, yet they never contacted me directly (or used their portal) to inform me what this debt was for. I had completely settled up on everything so I'm 100% certain it's not legit. As if living in this ash-tray filled with roaches wasn't bad enough, now I'm still dealing with them 2 years later, which is proving difficult because they make it as complicated as possible for you to contact anyone who works there. this place isn’t the worst but it’s definitely no good. this was my first apartment so i’m not experienced with what the norm should be but i know it’s definitely not this. they have us paying maintenance monthly but never actually maintenance. my dryer has been broken since move in, i put in a work order and it still has not been fixed. keep in mind i moved in november 2024 and it is now august 2025. additionally my ac was leaking in the middle of the night excessively so i put in another maintenance request. they said to put a bucket under it till they get a response. it’s been three days. thankfully i have a smart partner and youtube to fix it. but i shouldn’t be paying for maintenance if im not getting it. they also have roaches crawling EVERYWHERE. it gets worse in the summer even tho

I have been living at station 21 for about 6 months now. If I was a prospective renter here I would not move here. The first week I moved in there were bugs, sent pest control which did not do anything, then there were open maintence requests from the day I moved in. Guess how many times maintence came to my apartment since I moved in? 0 times. This is absolutely riduculous when I ask the office they say "We cannot say when maintence will come to your appartment". Which makes no sense since they work in the same appartment.

I made the office aware when it happened and when I was moving out early and trying to break my lease due to the safety concerns. I told the office I was in fear for my safety due to me having a stalker who would expose himself and the gun being pointed at me. I was told that is not a safety issue and I would have to PAY to break my lease early. I ended up paying 4k to leave this place. You were supposed to be made aware by prior management, however you weren’t because like I said management is lazy and arrogant so NOTHING was ever written down, they never would tell the residents when something happened.
