Worst experience ever. I gave them my hard earned money and they don't want to give it back. NAF denied me the day of closing and they didn't show no remorse. This was my first time buying a home. Now I will rather continue to rent then let someone else take the money I worked so hard for. I would not recommend no one to use them for a home, especially if you can't afford to throw away thousands of dollars if you get denied. Also make sure if you do go to them you have someone explain their entire contract with you. If you don't God forbid you get denied and something in the contract says they keep it.

Keiya Oliver is a phenomenal on-site Sales Manager. She is personable, patient, informative, and most importantly professional. My experience has been a delight from the beginning. Thanks Keiya for your prompt responsiveness and exceptional customer service. I'm excited to see what the future holds with Stanley Martin.

This place is awful. My sister try purchasing a home with them. When she got denied the day of closing she was told she couldn't get her earnest money back. She worked hard for that money just for this company to keep it. At least give her half of the money back but these people kept the entire $4,978. I know other companies wanting $2,000 and when denied giving people back their hard earned money. This company steal from the poor to give to the rich.

I’m so happy that I chose Stanley Martin for my new home. I am a first time homebuyer and Keiya has been extremely helpful in the process thus far. She’s been responsive with all questions and concerns. I have a ton of them, and she has not once made me feel like I was being a bother. I’m so excited to continue working with Keiya and SM in the process of my new build.
