Took over a year to build this house! Still was not ready to close! Major leaks, gaps in doors, squeaky floors, crown molding coming off walls, the list goes on! Building manager has bad attitude just doesn’t seem to care about anything! CEO of the company is very pleasant. I just want my house fixed already! Moved in February 8th still waiting for my 60 day warranty problems to be fixed! Unreal Stanley Martin!
This rating is due to failed promises and temperaments displayed when asked to follow up. We were told that we would have a pool and clubhouse by our sales team and almost three years in.. NOTHING! I will me never recommend such liars again!!
I deliver the roof trusses here for builders first source I would highly recommend I see firsthand the quality and craftsmanship that goes into building get them before they sell out they're selling like hot cakes
So far, my experience has been great! We Felt very comfortable and confident throughout the process. So far, so good!
