Stanley Martin Homes at Metro Pointe

My family bought one of the large town homes in May of this year (2018) I must say this is a beautiful home! Very spacious, comfortable, and the price is definitely affordable. The Stanley Martin Staff is incredible! This was the second home for me and the best experience ever! The Customer service is outstanding! This is a nice neighborhood! I definitely recommend Stanley Martin Homes, excellent company.

I put my first deposit on a home in June. Prior, to that I was hesitant about which neighborhood to choose and it all came down to location, price, and the sales person. Ronnell was awesome to work with and all of the Stanley Martin Project Managers are great!. I will be moving in right before Christmas and I am super excited. The process takes time but is well worth it.

I LOVE my home and the SM team that helped me get it. Loven, my sales agent, went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. He provided guidance on the various homes, first-time homebuyer programs, and even mortgages. My building manager, Matt, was phenomenal. Always ready to answer questions and guidance. I cannot thank them enough.

Looked at purchasing my second home here. It's new construction and it is very nice. I visit here all the time with one of my friends who is having their home built here. The staff who is currently working here is very cool and friendly. They also have a good amount of knowledge pertaining to the area and DCs development.

The Homes are very beautiful, so much of my taste. I fell in love with them all the first time I set my eyes on them and for that I will be closing in a few weeks. Thank you Jesus!
