Maple Ridge Apartments

I have been living here for long time and I am very happy with property. I truly love living here. Every time I come into the office everyone is very welcoming and helpful especially the two leasing consultants. They are both always kind patient and professional they take the time to answer my questions and help me whenever I need assistance. Their positive attitude and willingness to help make a big difference and I truly appreciate their hard work Thank you so much continue support and excellent service

So I applied for a 3 bedroom unit on December 4th 2025 after speaking with a manager in the front office. Of course she gave me all of the exciting details of the place. It's a new unit no one has lived in and nice, the supposed unit I was applying for. Everything there looks decades old from what I saw. After I filled out the application online and paid my $35 each deposit for 3 people, a total of $105, I then decide to ride over and take a look. Ass backwards on my part definitely. It's gated so there was no access to the actual living area of the community but of course you could see pass the gates. Not eye appealing at all 🫣. So I the go home and Google the reviews. Hi !.Living on Maple Ridge Apartments for about 15 years are so great everything it’s nice on this community because it’s safe for our kids. We have a home here. Nice area for kids too enjoy and have fun the honors of this apartments really care of this community my family and I really appreciate to have this place to live we are happy because any time you’re welcome . If you are looking for a place to live, please check on this Area ,have a beautiful experience living here everybody is friendly. It’s secure. if you want to walk anytime day or night for sure you’re gonna feel comfortable. Since moving into this property, I’ve truly enjoyed living here. It’s a quiet and family-friendly place, which makes it perfect for kids. The residents come from different backgrounds, but everyone is friendly and respectful. What I really love about this property is how welcoming it is to people from all cultures and countries. There’s a strong sense of community, and everyone treats each other with kindness and equality. It’s a place where diversity is respected, and that’s something truly special

This place is good and I like how quickly they are with addressing mentenaice issues and they treated people like a family. The price for the apt is cheap I have no complaints. I see some mice and roaches complaining in the reviews but I can say if you keep your place clean and have a communication with the office stuff they can send exterminator every week. Just keep your space clean. I live here for long time here
