Overland Gardens Apartments

I've been living here for about six years now and the old park has been down since, it would be nice if they made it into a dog park since it's a pet-friendly neighborhood. They should also add some bags around and a trash can. Like other neighborhoods. You have to walk to your nearest garbage dumpster to throw things away. They could at least add something for animals if not the children.

My experience with Overland Gardens was Excellent! The apartment was received clean. They were responsive of my problems in timely manner and solved them. Especially Ms. Janice, she was helpful, flexible, and cooperative. I would definitely recommend staying here. Ms. Janice is always there for your concerns. Best wishes, Alzubair

Black mold in every building,sprinkler system leakage,and they love starting a job and then not finish lol…with only 3 technicians around there on top of all that so it’ll 2yrs before the handle your complaint but good luck if you move around here I’ll have more photos in a few lol feel as tho someone of higher authority needs to be notified at this rate

Good customer service with rental office and mantience team is wonderful. Kamen and chy have helped me tremendously during my moving in process I appreciate it. Really loving my apartment and would recommend to others. I only gave good reviews when it is deserved and this one is it.. thank you 😊 keep up the good work 👍🏼

for leasing is good, Mr Washington who work at leasing office very good and helpful person. he helped me a lot for leasing purpose. but once I moved in this month is the very first month I upset about maintenance. it's summertime and my apartment is been 84 high temperature. temperature set on 68 but it seems not working.the management should improve maintenance. it's a very good and nice apartment to live and the community also good. but because of Maintenance it seems like I'm getting wrong to move here
