Columbia Park Apartments

This was my 1st apartment and this was the worst experience ever !!! They push my move in date back 3 times before I could officially move in . I also noticed they the show favoritism to certain residents .When my neighbors had issues in their until they fixed it asap but when it came to mines they drugged their feet .I have very bad asthma and my 1st week there my asthma was constantly acting up . After complaining a couple of times they sent people to fix the vents they were filthy. Then after that I started having problems with mice . I had to throw keep throwing my food away .Every time they kept saying they fixed the problem the mice were still not there . One day my dad was talking to the exterminator and the mouse ran in the utility closet .When I opened it there were big wholes whe

Management is garbage! DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS APARTMENT!!!! They are incompetent in every way. We had a scheduled tour and they cancelled it without telling us. We had family come all the way from VA to look at it with us just to be rudely told there scheduling system doesn’t work. Complete waste of time and you’ll be treated the same way. Also the apartment complex is a mess. Trash overflowing, parking lot covered in snow. STAY AWAY!!!

to be honest i will advise you not to move into this apt unless you are looking to some very affordable because i have being living here for almost 3year now and some much had happened to me here the broke into my car twice and i got my car stolen at a gun point and the apt did nothing about it, this apt is not safe at all. the management is terrible, i barely ask management to come fix something in my apt because i don't have kids there is nothing to come and fix but i have reported a water link in my bathroom twice for the past two month and they did nothing about it, they keep telling they coming and they never showed up, the same thing happen last summer that half of the summer time my AC was not work and they could give me was a small fan for a big 2bedroom apt.

I really enjoyed my stay at Columbia Park apartments. Unfortunately I moved ONLY because I relocated. I lived on the bottom floor and never had mice or roaches. Maintenance and the Rental office took care of any of my needs promptly. Sierra was always helpful. The other management office staff were always pleasant and helpful as well. I never had any issues with management. Like any other complex you get the good the bad and the ugly but for me I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Columbia Park as a safe place to live.

The staff is pleasant, the price is good, buildings and grounds are kept clean and the 2 bedrooms apartments have nice sized walk in closets in the master suite and in the hallway. My only complaints would be, although maintenance does respond quickly to work orders, if they can't finish the repair in a day, they never come back. I am also dealing with a problem with mice. Office was quick to respond and very pleasant with dealing with my complaint, but the problem still exists 6 months later.
