Cameron Pointe Apartments

Be prepared this is long. The management and office staff are very nice, polite, and professional. Anytime I’ve spoken with them, they have been courteous and willing to listen, which I truly appreciate. The property itself has a modern look and, at first glance, seems like a nice place to live. Within the first three days of moving in, I began seeing roaches throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just one or two they were very noticeable and frequent. When I reported it, the office staff stated they were unaware of any prior issues in the unit. A couple of weeks later, when we moved the refrigerator, we found a dead mouse underneath it, which was very concerning. NEW REVIEW. I left a review two months ago stating that this property was treating tenants very poorly including my family who seems to have to beg for heat the last two months. No compensation for that but our heating system blew in January and when it blew we were finally granted a new heating system. With this property you damn near have to beg or stuff have to completely be broken to get new stuff because again it's nothing but quick fixes. The NEW issues that we have encountered.. leaks in ceilings and no consistent hot water. I will start with the hot water issue because I am fed up, My family had consistent water when we didn't have heat now that that's fix we don't have consistent hot water during the cold seasons..After that was fixed in January the inconsistency of the water iss

They send out emails stating they're working on the hallways making them look nice and the gate supposed to be worked on and nothing has been done yet. The gate hasn't worked for the 3-4 years I been here. Carpet in the hallways are filthy from aging and not properly cleaned. The cleaning lady rarely mops, and she mops over the carpet. Trash all in the parking lot outside of the dumpster and that causes rodents!!! Ever since the PM passed away and Ms Jeri left it just went downhill. I used to love living here, but it gets to a point. Please give the tenants grace and show us some appreciation with making the property nice. Plant some flowers, paint and change the hallway carpet, get the pool ready for summer.

I still live in the complex and I have been dealing with a bunch of problems with new management. I have a washer and dryer in my unit, the washer has been broken for a whole year they haven’t been communicating about any way to fix it but they want me to pay my rent though. So why am I paying for rent when I am not getting the resources from the leasing office to actually fix the washer that has been broken for half a year. Not only that I have been two accidents slips while trying to handle a toddler and carry wet laundry up the store to bring it to my unit to wash. Again do not move here the management picks and chooses who they wanna communicate with. I’ve been nice graceful and they a good amount of time to fix my washer machine. I’m about to sue this apartment complex.

New Resident & Love the area , it’s a quiet small neighborhood.. Everyone in the Office is a pleasure to work with especially Ms.Jeri she’s very responsive to any issues you may have, she’s very polite, professional and informative. The Maintenance man Leonard is very knowledgeable and responsive too, they make an awesome team. My move was smooth & the process was pleasant. I love My New HOME & I’m extremely thankful that I chose Cameron Pointe.
