Stanley Martin Homes at Kelsney Ridge

Overall terrible value from Stanley Martin. If I knew what I knew now I would have chosen a different home in a neighborhood from a different developer. Their houses are built fast and cheap. Already had 4 warranty claims in 2 months. They don’t employ security on their builds or neighborhoods, leading to break-ins. Their landscaping is cheap and sloppy. Their customer service is decent with fast initial inquiries , but poor follow up and timeliness. Their sales staff was weak at best, unresponsive at their worst.

Although we love the floor plan and space we are sorely disappointed in Stanely Martin and their responsiveness and level of professionalism. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner, they don't fulfill their promises, you will spend more time and money trying to address and/or fix issues they caused and failed to resolve. Be aware!

Great experience. It was a pleasure working with Cameron. He was very professional and thorough, which has simplified the process.

Moved here back in April of this year. Very quiet neighborhood and nice people. Home quality is phenomenal. Great investment!
