Standard on the Creek

Living at The Standard at the Creek has genuinely been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had, and a huge reason for that is the property manager, Linhchi. From day one, Linhchi has been nothing short of exceptional—professional, responsive, and truly invested in the residents. She doesn’t just manage the property; she cares about how people experience living here. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly, clearly, and with a great attitude. That level of leadership sets the tone for the entire community. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully run, but it’s the management that really makes the difference—and Linhchi absolutely raises the standard. Living here has been good experience for me and my small children. I’m happy with the area and the fact that it’s located on beltway 8. It is also pretty quiet. The new manager Linhchi has been great as well. She’s very approachable and effective with solving all concerns I’ve had!

I’m currently looking to relocate and decided to call for more information about the complex. Linhchi was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions, made the process feel seamless, and left a great first impression. Based on my experience, this is definitely a place I’d feel confident considering as my next home.

They won't even fix the gate its been broken since 2020, and any and everyone is welcome to come inside and steal, break in cars, and dump their trash. They have not cut the grass over here in almost 2 months, the grass taller than me im 5'1. The pool is just not an option. I just got to others ppl apartments or neighborhood pools to swim cause they have every excuse in the world as to why the pool not open. " Someone coming to clean it(been since 2018) . There is no park. So if you have young kids. Do not move here unless they will never go outside. The most common and dirty area is building 3 where everyone hangs out at and all the kids in the apartments come to play ...on the stairs and hallway by your door, making a lot of noise and DTP. I have been living here since this place opened in 2018, seeing a lot of changes happen. Anyone whom know apartments, they change management pretty often when newly opening. This is not the individual as manager fault, my opinion is the agency. Yes, this place has had 3 managers in the 3 yrs I've been here but the manager Linda Vasquez has done wonders to this place in just the year she has been here. Good communication skills, very humble lady, knowledgeable of management of apartments, organized, and a dedicated worker. This apartment complex has made outstanding changes with her here.
