St. James at Goose Creek Apartments

I was so blessed to have Monica assisting me with the the information I needed to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment. A lot of people showed up there that Saturday and she managed to help all if us with kindness and a smile. I am moving in July 14 2025 and I couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful to have her there and from what I gather from other tenants they all had great things to say about Monica and the management team. I can’t wait to move in and be a part of this new family.

Leslie is simply a wonderful professional; she helped us with our apartment with the utmost willingness and patience. We were simply very well taken care of by her. Leslie simplesmente maravilhosa pra ajudar a gente , procurem ela . Educada e prestativa.

I moved in about 6 months ago and I’m absolutely loving it here! This is my first apartment and I must say prices are very reasonable for all the amenities. Someone comes to your door everyday to pick up your trash, they have a great wifi/cable deal with spectrum and it comes with so many things like peacock, Hulu, Disney plus, and so much more! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the 1 bedroom is so spacious. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator came with my apartment. Vinyl flooring all throughout the unit except the bedroom. Monica in the leasing office is such a sweet person! Maintenance is a breeze for the most part. I had an issue with my AC and they came in the next morning and fixed the issue. I 100% recommended living here if you’re looking for a new place!

I moved here a month ago and love it! Marisol was my leasing agent and she was wonderful to work with throughout the process. She gave me a tour of several different apartments so I could choose the layout that worked best for me. She was extremely patient and helpful with my many questions and was able to get my move-in date updated on short notice when my plans changed. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The amenities included in the price make this a great affordable place to live, and in a convenient location.

No a/c for over a month. I had to purchase my own window unit because they wouldn’t provide one. I had to go to the office and complain majorly to get a portable one. They did not bring all the parts so we couldn’t put it together. They refuse to fix it but their employees that live on the property has a/c. Per the office and maintenance people 6 units do not have a/c. I’m sure they wouldn’t accept us not paying rent for a month. I’m being told by the people in the office and the maintenance people that the two units it enough but it’s 86 degree in the apartment with both. Update: A/C was finally repaired a day after posting the review. Ms. Monica in the office is the absolute best. When I went back into the office, she was very helpful unlike Marisol (the one with silver streak in the fr
