Devon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

I would like to share how helpful and supportive the Devon Point team has been since the very beginning. I have always received great service, and every time I needed assistance, they guided me with attention and professionalism. I am currently going through a new leasing process, moving from an apartment to a townhouse, and once again they have been very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for all the support I have received and for everything they have done for me along the way. They truly make a difference in how they care for their residents. Something I also find very important is that they are welcoming to immigrants and make the process accessible, including allowing approval using only a passport, which makes a huge difference for those starting

My husband and I just moved to Devon Pointe Apartments last week, and the whole process has been AMAZING. Ronji and Dominique made the entire process very smooth, and they are so patient, helpful, and kind. The communication was excellent and clear from both parties. My townhouse is so beautiful with new appliances, im so happy with my new home. We just had a tour with Ms. Dominique, she is amazing. She answered all of our extensive questions no matter how complicated or silly. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable! The apartment she showed us was lovely. Excellent experience.

I had such a great experience working with Breona! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process.
