Faris Residences Goose Creek

Nice place, no frills, cheap, responsive to work orders. But the residents in building B LITTER like its their own personal garbage can. Can we get some bins? Looking at trash every single day is gross and the residents refuse to stop.

Service Workers beware… ownership doesn’t pay their bills. We have renovated the units for over a year now and have been waiting on 100k in past due invoices for months. Owners play the blame the management company game. But Faris capital group is steadily raising money for new “investments” the owner literally has a podcast on multifamily crash and currently not paying his vendors to make his assets more valuable and profitable. Stay far away from anything Faris owned or managed.

Not only have they raised the prices, but I’m paying the same amount for an old apartment that a new apartment costs! They’ve been promising an outdoor gym, a picnic area and a playground for months and all they’ve done is create a dog park. They charge $25 for valet trash but you can’t keep the trash can outside of your apartment or they will charge you a fee! Having someone to fix things when they are broken is nice..unless they install your laundry room door upside down. I do not recommend moving here.

Horribly managed, the owner of the complex does nothing to help and my apartment had mold in it which he was aware of and never did anything about it. Don’t recommend at all unless you want to deal with issues after issues.

Lived here for 2 years. Never had a problem that didn't get fixed right away. Darcy is an awesome property manager. Churchill apartments is a great place for you and your family and the location is close to everything. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Thanks again Darcy for everything!!
