The Farms at Goose Creek

I genuinely love it here! Brandi is amazing. She is always quick to answer my questions. They got us approved super fast since we needed to move so last minute. Now we have been here a week now and maintenance has been on top of everything that needed to be fixed. They accommodate my wfh schedule as well. Highly recommend!

We live in the smaller apartments on the other side of these and altho they are older and well lived in the fact that Brandi made extra strides to accommodate our needs when we were in a bind of needing a place really fast. She has handled everything personable and empathetically and has made major effort in taking care of us. She will give you her time to speak to you and when she drops in to check on the complex she acts as tho you have been the best thing in her life. She handles issues with practical and efficient thinking and keeps the place worthy. We are a family of 5 living in a small apartment and because she is such a genuine person it makes it worth the discomfort of having a smaller space for all of us. I can't say enough good things about the process I've had with Brandi and AM Realty. I move in at the end of March and I cannot wait to join this community. The team at AM Realty has approached my cross country moving journey with care and genuine interest. Brandi has been responsive, thorough, and patient with my questions. I looked at many places, to the tune of needing a spread sheet, before I chose Farms at Goose Creek. None gave me the personal experience I've had with Brandi and AM Realty. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. The only reason I gave a one star is because there’s no option for zero. Do not believe any of the recent reviews that you see about this and that person being nice and helpful. It is a tactic that they are using where when a maintenance person comes in to “fix” any of the many issues that exist, they literally breathe down your neck to have you complete a review. They even send the link before completing the job. THIS PLACE IS WORST. Everything about the building is old, so don’t believe the images. My apartment reeks of cigarette and I don’t smoke, there are roaches, there’s what appears to be mould/mildew, and air from outside comes through my window.
