Although I contract work with Eastwood Homes I must say that the finished product is very nice! Attention to detail is what separates this builder from the rest of the builders. The price is well worth the finished product.

Amazing neighborhood and the townhomes feel Like single family homes!!!
I lived in the home for 9 months when my AC unit went out at one of the hottest times during the year (brand new construction, first owner). Now they're telling me that they won't reimburse me for the cost of repairing the AC unit. This is now 2 months AFTER I submitted the original request and only after contacting them a second time did they say anything.
Great floorplan, nice features. Great option for those needing a townhome.
