*AWESOME APTS TO MAKE YOUR NEW HOME!!!* I have lived here for the past 8 yrs, and I have never experienced any form of racist behavior. I have enjoyed living here at St. Charles Place. Its a quiet and friendly neighborhood mixed with many different types of people. It has a low to no crime rate in this small community. We are located very close to local schools, churches, gyms and other shopping centers. The APT grounds are kept trimmed and tidy with plenty of parking options . The current management team are great people , they work with you, getting things done as needed. They are a kind and understanding team and easy to get along with. So.....for me this is a great place to call home!!!!

Idk if they're racist like one reviewer mentioned, but I wouldn't be surprised. I qualifed for one of these apartments last year in August 2022, and never got called for that apartment. All they kept saying was they were waiting on an apartment to open up, it's May 2023 and an apartment still hasn't opened up? I let the landlord know that my family and I were basically homeless, and I still never got a call even though I "qualified".

I love living here. Management is really awesome to my daughter and I. Very clean, and if you have any problems they are always prompt on fixing things. I love my neighbors everyone kindda looks out for eachother. Great place to live.😊

Used to live there. Yes the last manager that was there last did seem like she was a racist. Nothing ever was done about it by corporate.

DO NOT TRUST THESE APARTMENTS!!! The management is terrible and racist. I have never endured this much racist behavior in my entire life. All black leasers are segregated to one section...
